Xior The Lofttown Student Housing is a student accommodation open only to the academic community. It features a fitness centre, solarium, terrace and a 160-m² open-air garden patio. The Lofttown offers a co-working room with 24-inch screens, a general study room, open 24 hours, and 3 group study rooms for up to 7 people with 55-inch screen and a white board. You will also find TV areas with streaming, as well as a cinema room with a 136-inch projection screen. A self-service laundry room with ironing facilities is available.
